Goal Setting Workshop

You've probably heard of SMART goals - that’s not what we're going to do. Because, in my opinion, that's for when you work for someone else and they have to try and motivate you to do what they want you to do.

We are going to set goals that keep you motivated to show up in your business - whatever stage it's at. Because if you've started or you're starting a business, it's likely that you feel you're made for more.

Our goals are different. They're hugely personal. They don't have hard deadlines and overwhelm built in, they have space and ease built in. They focus on us as humans.

What we're going to be looking at isn't Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant and Timebound.

What we're going to be looking at is Identity, Growth, Habits, Actions and Why.
